macOS
- Download the
.dmgfile for your chip (Apple Silicon or Intel). - Open the
.dmgand drag PileaX into yourApplicationsfolder. - Open PileaX from
Applications.
Windows
- Download the
.exeinstaller. - Double-click the downloaded file and follow the installer prompts. PileaX will be added to your Start menu.
SmartScreen warning
Windows may show a Windows protected your PC dialog.
Click More info → Run anyway. This happens because the app isn't signed with a paid Microsoft certificate.
Linux
deb
For Debian-based systems such as Ubuntu, you can install via the .deb package:
- Download the
.debfile. - Double-click to install, or use the command line:

sudo apt install ./PileaX-version-amd64.debAppImage
- Download the
.AppImagefile. - Double-click the .AppImage, PileaX will run without installation.
